Returns & Claims Policy
We want you to love your Kylie Kent books and merchandise. Please note that all sales are final. Returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or general dissatisfaction are not accepted.
Claims for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at kylie@kyliekent.com. Please include:
Your order number
Name and email address on the order
Clear photos of the shipping box and all defects
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be provided at the sole discretion of our support team.
Shipping & Missing Parcels
All missing parcel claims must be made within 30 days of shipment.
If your tracking number shows as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
What is NOT Considered a Defect
The following do not qualify as damage or defects and are not eligible for claims:
Dented or crushed corners smaller than 1.5cm
Tears, rips, cuts, marks, or scratches smaller than 1cm
Minor page bends or ripples that do not affect readability
Minor residue, smudges, or scratches on covers or sprayed/stenciled edges
Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the spine
Slight variations in color, print alignment, or garment size within supplier tolerance (+/- 2cm)
Overstock copies may include imperfections such as foil inconsistencies, spine dents, or stray marks
Approval Disclaimer
Proceeding with your order through payment, email approval, or verbal approval confirms acceptance of these terms. Abuse of this policy for profiteering or repeated claims will result in denial of future replacements.
