Shipping Policy
We offer tracked standard shipping to the United States, Australia, and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and type of items in your order. Final shipping rates will be visible at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, but please allow 6 to 30 business days for delivery depending on your location and product type. This timeframe does not include the time required to create or prepare your items.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to postal service disruptions, customs, or events outside of our control (e.g., COVID-19 impacts).
Delivery Method
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. This means the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location if no one is home at the time of delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier—including photographic proof where applicable—we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes situations where:
- You are not home to receive the delivery.
- You are away or on vacation at the time of delivery.
- The package is stolen or goes missing after being delivered to the correct address.
We recommend arranging delivery to a secure location or using parcel lockers when possible.
